Mr D.Damodhar is the founder, started his company in 2004, initially as a proprietorship concern with Holly Group. The Company is managed and operated by qualified, experienced and competent personnel under the overall management of Mr. D. Damodhar. The company vision is to take a leadership role in ship building, ship construction, ship architecture, ship-repairing services, dredging contractor, underwater salvage operations, third party logistics, shipping agency and warehousing enterprise marine transport in Singapore\/ USA and India & Overseas. In the recent past, RADIAN OFFSHORE has emerged as an upcoming ship builder in association with Netherland Shipyard, a leading ship building company in Europe. Within a short span of time the company has graduated to a level of constructing & supplying dredgers to Dredging Corporation of India (DCI), the State Owned Dredging Company. The company is in the process of getting certification of ISO9001:2000. The Company has got about 120 experienced personnel besides a pool of freelancer technicians in Asia Pacific. The core is of highly skilled work force including certified welders, general filters, marine engineers, electricians etc.<\/p>\n
